Cooking Advice:
Orzo can be cooked as pasta or used in a style similar to bulgur pilaf; you can even make a soup with bone broth. To cook plain, add boiling water to cover 1-2 fingers above 1 tea cup of orzo. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and simmer until the water is absorbed. This cooking method helps prevent vitamin loss. It cooks faster than regular orzo. You can also add bone broth or chicken broth and serve with sauces, yogurt, etc., depending on your baby's taste and age.
