About Organic Baby Tarhana
Organic baby tarhana is produced with certified organic ingredients, tailored for babies transitioning to solid foods. Our tarhana is made with organic farming in the best regions. After combining all ingredients into a dough, the mixture is left to ferment and rise for about 7 days. The longer it ferments, the more sour it becomes; shorter fermentation yields sweeter tarhana. After fermentation, the mixture is laid out on cloths to dry, usually in open air.

How to Prepare Baby Tarhana
Cooking Suggestion
To prepare the soup, use 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of OG Baby Tarhana, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. You can adjust the soup's consistency by varying the amount of water. It's recommended to pre-soak the tarhana, then mix and stir it while cooking. Once cooled, it can be safely given to your baby. You can also prepare it with bone broth, chicken broth, or milk, depending on your preference.
